      Retrieve Token Transfer

      To proceed with retrieving the Transfer Token, Google requires the following information: Enter Reseller's Public Identifier. If you do not have this identifier, please contact your vendor to get this information.

      Obtain a Transfer Token:

      To transfer the management of your account to this vendor, Google needs a transfer token. The token associates your account with this vendor. To get your transfer token, please see the steps below. You may want to use an incognito window to ensure you're signed in with an administrator account.

      1. Go to Retrieve Transfer Token.
      2. Sign in using your managed Google Account username and password. (Please note you do need administrator access to the Google Admin console.)
      3. Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions.
      4. Under Enter Reseller's Public Identifier, enter the vendor's public identifier
      5. Click Confirm Reseller Identifier.
      6. Verify the domain name and business name match the Vendor.
      7. Click Generate Transfer Token.
      8. Click Copy Code.
      9. Send the code to the vendor to complete the transfer
